A classic, tough built bench with some neat features This bench can be set up with a wide olympic width (7ft bars) or narrow width for 5" standard bars.

We originally developed this bench for the trainer who requested a simple flat, beefy Olympic bench. Because of our standard adjustment design on some other models we were able to incorporate the adjustment system into this bench allowing it to also provide a decline and incline position.

The low to ground profile gives you a firm footing and feel when performing heavy presses. Another innovative feature to this bench was adding the short cross tube. This comes standard and allows the bench to work in either a narrow or Olympic width accommodating all bar lengths.

We recently added the folding bracket system so now you can simply fold the bench to save space when not in use. The Leg lift attachment is optional and a nice addition to the bench. L=60" (usage) L= 18" (folded) W= 24"-48" HT= 48" WT= 135 LBS
