Features:

The Senior Speedball spring stand improves hand-eye co-ordination and builds upper body strength, aerobic condition and endurance. Place in bedrooms or in the garage and you can exercise even if it rains.

The tube can be adjusted from a minimum of 132cm to as high as 198cm (to the top of the speedball), allowing usage from people of a range of sizes. The stable base weight is 28.5kg so you can pull down the speedball to within a couple of inches of the ground before the base moves.

Speedball training is the cornerstone of physical fitness for any boxer or martial artist. Proper form and technique are essential to anyone looking to improve their skills. This workout uses your muscles in a rhythmic and continuous manner that increases heart rate and breathing for a sustained period of time.
